How do I order floor samples?
You can order up to three free samples directly from our product pages. Simply click the 'Order Free Sample' button, and we will deliver them to your door within 2-3 working days so you can see the quality in your own home.
What are your delivery options and costs?
We offer standard delivery starting from £39.99, depending on the weight and size of your order. Express next-day delivery is also available for most items if ordered before 12pm. All deliveries are kerbside only.
How do I calculate how much flooring I need?
Measure the length and width of your room in meters and multiply them to get the square footage. We recommend adding a 10% 'wastage' allowance to your total to cover cuts and mistakes during installation.
Can I return unused packs of flooring?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for any unopened, undamaged packs of flooring. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee may apply.
Is your flooring compatible with underfloor heating?
Most of our engineered wood, laminate, and LVT products are compatible with underfloor heating systems. Always check the specific product specifications for the maximum temperature threshold before installation.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Currently, UK Flooring Direct is a supply-only retailer. However, we provide comprehensive installation guides for DIY enthusiasts and recommend using a qualified professional for complex wood or tile patterns.
