At UK Flooring Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new floor. If you have over-ordered or changed your mind, you can return your unopened packs within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Notify Our Team

  Contact our customer service department via phone or email to initiate your return request and receive your Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Items

  Ensure all flooring packs remain unopened, in their original packaging, and are securely stacked on the original delivery pallet if applicable.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection

  We will schedule a professional courier to collect the items from your property on a convenient date, or you can arrange your own transport to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resaleable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
